Payments & Refunds

  • A 25% deposit is due upon submission of a booking request. The deposit is fully refundable until the spot is confirmed. If the booking request is denied or the spot is unable to be confirmed due to any other reason on our end, the deposit will be refunded automatically.

    If you’ve already made a deposit and would like to cancel your trip, you can contact us here to request a refund if your spot hasn’t been confirmed.

  • Deposit and additional payments made before spot confirmation are fully refundable. Additional payments made after spot confirmation are fully refundable until 60 days before the start of the trip. If the start of the trip is in under 60 days, additional payments are non-refundable.

  • All additional payments are due within 60 days before the trip begins. If you book the trip less than 60 days prior to its start date, the entire additional balance is due upon spot confirmation. The entire additional balance is equal to 75% of the trip's total price (aka the cost of the trip minus the 25% deposit).

  • Refunds take up to 7-10 business days to be processed by your bank after we issue them.

Our Travelors

  • Our travelers have varying ages — the average range is between 22-27.

  • Group size can vary for different trips depending on how many people join, but our maximum group size is 10.

  • As part of the booking request process, you will fill out a form to help us understand your lifestyle, goals for the trip, and who you are as a content creator. We also make a Pinterest board for each trip, which we encourage you to review to ensure you feel aligned with the vision.

    We do our best to find supportive girls who connect with one another. Our goal is for each group to be a community full of passion, motivation, and inspiration.

    Around 30 days before your trip, you will be added to a group chat to get to know and make plans with your future besties.

  • The group leader is responsible for keeping track of the group, answering questions, providing updates, and handling the itinerary schedule. They will participate in content creation and trip activities with you, but you don’t have to stay with them at all times. The group leader is there to assist you when needed — keeping them informed about any independent plans you make helps ensure your safety.

    You will receive details about your specific group leader around 30 days before your trip.

Our Process

  • Our trips are designed specifically for content creators, so we review each booking request to ensure a good fit for the group and experience.

    Additionally, the ability to secure flights and activity tickets can vary based on the timing in which a spot is requested. Submitting a request allows us to verify availability and confirm that everything is in place before we officially hold your spot. While we stay on top of real-time availability, travel logistics can change unexpectedly, and this step helps us avoid overpromising.

  • After you submit a booking request, it will take up to 3-7 days for your spot to be confirmed. If your spot cannot be confirmed for any reason, you will receive an email and a refund of your deposit will be issued within 3-7 days of submitting your booking request.

  • You will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to our traveler form for you to complete and submit. The traveler form will be used to gather the information we need to arrange activities, meals, etc. A few days after you submit the form, you’ll receive another email with a link to update your flight details once you’ve booked them, which we need to arrange your airport transfers. This email will also include a list of recommended flight options if you elected to have one provided. 30 or more days before your trip, you will receive a detailed itinerary, airport pick-up details, packing and to-do lists, and a link to join the trip’s group chat.

  • Trips are closed for booking 30 days prior to the trip start date.

The Experience

  • Please visit each individual trip to see what’s included. Most trips include all activities, airport transportation, accommodations, city transfers, and some meals.

  • The community page on our site is currently in progress of becoming a blog for content creators to discuss and share ideas, tips, inspo, experiences, and more. We hope to see you there!
